The petting farm and pumpkin patch

We went to a local petting farm today. The kids had a blast and we got to take some pumpkins home at the end. Kayleigh was in a better mood then usual (she is in a whining phase right now), so it was a good day. She wouldn't leave her hair alone this morning though, and then the wind blew it all over so she looks pretty messy. Kate was just along for the ride and was very good. Lane was pretty good till the end, then he got in trouble for kicking pumpkins around like soccer balls. It was nice and cool today too! It has been in the mid 90's here lately and yesterday it finally cooled off, so today it was in the 50's I think and nice weather for the petting farm. I uploaded the pictures backwards so you are starting from the end and going to the beginning...sorry :)
A rarely captured nice picture of Lane. He almost always makes some crazy face!
Sweet baby Kate after the petting farm.
Kayleigh had such a good time...she couldn't hold out till we got home :)
Aww, he looks so tired!
I think this might be the first picture we have of all of us.
Kate sitting in the pumpkins
Kayleigh thought it was great fun just crawling around in them!

Lane picking out his pumpkin.
Daddy giving a much needed ride.
Chickens! She loved the chickens!

Not a great picture but it was cute:)

She reached in to pet the mini horse and when it moved she got a little scared :)
Lane and the mini horse.

First pony ride!
She wasn't very happy about getting on there but once he started moving she was ok with it.
Lane has done this before, he likes it :)
She wasn't too sure about the baby chick.

Lane petting the goat.

Daddy trying to show the goats to Kayleigh, she wasn't happy about them at all!

Ostrich? Emu?
Lane petting a duck.
Kayleigh and Lane were both chasing them in the pen!

I think the pigs were her favorite besides the chickens. She wanted to touch them all!

Checking out the special cow...I don't remember what kind...

They were excited about the llamas but Kayleigh couldn't get close enough to touch and we didn't wanna get spit on.
